- Meal breaks are inserted as roughly 60 minutes when enabled.
- Shopping time is kept as a lighter optional buffer when enabled.
- Days with too much travel or too many area hops are flagged for review.
- All costs are shown in both JPY and RM using your exchange rate.
FAQ
Can I share the Japan attraction plan with someone else?
Yes. The planner uses GET parameters, so the selected destination, attractions, pace, times, and custom attraction details are all preserved in the URL.
How are attractions grouped?
Attractions are ordered by city area and nearby location so the planner tries to keep Shibuya next to Harajuku, Namba next to Shinsaibashi, and similar clusters together.
What does a crowded day mean?
A crowded day is one where the estimated walking, travel, attraction, meal, and shopping time is tighter than the available time window you chose.
Why are some days marked geographically inefficient?
Those days have too many area hops or long transfers between attractions, which usually means more time on the move and less time enjoying the sights.
Can I add my own attraction?
Yes. You can enter a custom attraction name, area, duration, and admission cost, and the planner will place it alongside the built-in attraction list.
